Work programme

The exploration area is to be prospected for gold, silver and lead.

Geochemical assessment is the key tool in areas with limited outcrop and an absence of quartz veining.

Fieldwork will involve detailed geochemical mapping to establish the trace element distributions of key elements across the area.

No significant ground disturbance is involved in this process. Later shallow drilling will take place on any significant metal anomalies.

Impact assessment of work programme

During the first year only low-impact soil sampling will take place along with field mapping. Any drilling will be done with minimal impact and with the consent of the landowner. Drill sites are rehabilitated  and periodically reviewed to ensure minimal ground disturbance.

Any other disturbance will be in consultation with the landowners or other stakeholders.

Community engagement

This includes consultation and information dissemination to private landowners and occupiers, crown land managers, local councils and the broader community.  The company will use its local contacts and the Loddon Shire Council to identify the extent of stakeholders and their contact details in the licence area.

The company will engage with these stakeholders via;

  1. Personal direct contact at the farmgate, telephone, email;

  2. Written letter (especially absentee land owners);
